Sheona is the Managing Director of Marketing Manchester, the agency charged with promoting Greater Manchester on the national and international stage to visitors, investors, conference organisers and students. Sheona works with key partners including VisitBritain, DIT, MAG, airlines, businesses and destinations, as well as Greater Manchester’s key education, cultural and sporting brands, to raise the profile of Greater Manchester as a global city and its position as gateway to the north of England across five priority markets: USA, India, China, the GCC and Europe.

Sheona holds several board posts within Greater Manchester including the Science and Industry Museum, City of Trees, Manchester India Partnership, Manchester China Forum, Manchester’s Business Improvement District, and The Growth Company’s International Marketing Advisory Board.
