I joined connective3 in February 2021, working remotely and commuting to c3's Leeds Head Office. Hired as a Senior PR Strategist, my role was to manage junior team members and deliver market leading digital PR campaigns. In June 2021 I was promoted to Head of Digital PR, heading up our new Manchester office where I've been instrumental in the office’s success. Prior to joining c3 I held positions at northern based agencies including theEword, Bring Digital and IDHL Group working with high profile clients, including Ann Summers, Manchester Metropolitan University, Nike, 118 118 Money and international clients, Stena Line and F1.

In the last 6 months, c3 has established a fantastic team in the North West, which has set the foundation to building a permanent office, which will operate as a standalone office in its own right. I am incredibly proud of this growth and the amazing team we have here. The Manchester office has continued to grow due to excellent client management, innovative digital strategies and winning new business. The wider team are supported to develop in their roles through training and development and our mentoring scheme.
