Nina is particularly interested in decision-making and the psychology of persuasion. She is driven by the idea that by better understanding the people that buy from us, we can provide a persuasive website experience, low friction and highly satisfying for users.
She believes that understanding users, even when they don’t understand themselves, is central to building websites people love and increasing website sales or conversions.
