Nathan is an Exec Director at AND Digital and chairs the Northern Hub covering Manchester, Halifax and Leeds. As one of Europe’s fastest growing tech companies with over 1200 passionate technologists, 150 of whom are in Manchester alone, his focus is to help organisations build better digital products today, and to build the high performing digital teams they need to fuel their digital journey tomorrow.

Over the last 18 years, Nathan has helped a range of organisations, from startups to large corporations, develop the strategy, people and tools that will allow them to adapt to the ever-increasing pace of technological change. He’s proud to have been a tech entrepreneur in Manchester, as this has allowed him to experience first-hand the wealth of talent in the area, as well as the great opportunity there is to cement Manchester’s reputation as the tech hub of the North.
