Michelle works with North West based businesses at all stages of growth - scale-up, high growth to multi-national. She is committed to delivering strategies and growth through her customer focused approach and she is passionate about leveraging her networks and building relationships based on doing the right thing. 

She acts as a mentor to disadvantaged young people on EY Foundations programmes, a trustee of The Jackson Foundation and is a Paxman Pioneer to support people diagnosed with cancer and wanting to understand more about how to prevent hair loss.
