The Digital City Awards recognise and reward the organisations, teams and individuals who are helping to build a better future through technology.
Innovation is the lifeblood of a growing digital city. This award recognises the novel product or service which has revolutionised the way things are done, and made a real difference in its intended field. From apps and automation to exciting new products, an innovation can come from anywhere and anyone.
The future will be hyperconnected, and the wealth of IoT projects going on right now is incredible. Through this award, we’re passionate about recognising those projects that link together disparate items — from smart homes to smart cities, and everything in-between.
In 2020-21, more than ever, questions around cyber security are abundant. Threats have grown by 400% or more, and a range of forward-thinking companies are pushing back. This prize is for the cyber security project which has had the biggest impact on a global scale, whether that be for SMEs, multinationals, or individuals.
For this free-to-enter award, we’re on the lookout for not-for-profits and charities whose use of innovation and technology has had an enormous impact on them and the causes they support, with the numbers to prove it.
All entries made into this category are free of charge — use discount code NFP when submitting your entries via the awards portal.
